Gene helped us to coordinate the sale of our home and the purchase of a different home simultaneously. What a task! We were impressed with his ability to pay attention to details, keeping us informed of important deadlines, providing us contacts for special projects that needed to be done before two separate closings, coordinating many things with the seller's agent, and with the help of his teammates Ashley and Brooklyn, kept us in the loop on any pivots that needed to be made during the process. He is not a 9-5 Monday-Friday person. He dedicated much time to us even into the evening hours and on Saturdays and Sundays. Thank you Gene for your amazing care!

Gene was responsive and attentive to our needs. We relocated from Hawaii and a lot of our communication and signing of documents took place while we were in Hawaii. Gene went to the house for us, met inspectors, etc. Highly recommend Gene!
