What This Means if You're Selling in Billings

Gene Hauck, a Real Estate Broker and REALTOR® with The Morales Group at Engel & Völkers Billings, reads these numbers the same way every month: what similar homes in your area actually sold for, how long they took, and how many listings you would be competing against today. Over the last six months, homes that sold in their first 10 days kept their full list price, while homes that sat past 60 days gave up a median 4.7% of it.
