Recently my mom died and we were faced with the overwhelming task of emptying and selling her home. Gene simplified this process by leading me through each step. When he listed the house it sold on the first day. He was able to negotiate an additional 5 thousand dollars to offset my closing fees and to help pay for noted repairs necessary when the inspection was complete. He arranged for the certified personnel to do the repairs. I am sure he spent many hours coordinating and overseeing the repairs. He made sure I understood everything I was signing. The night before closing my garage door opener burned out. Miraculously he was able to get an electrician out there the same evening to replace it. He did a fantastic job as my realtor.

One of the biggest struggles I had when it came to selling my house was what I should fix before selling it and how much it should cost.
