Gene Hauck

Gene Hauck is a licensed Montana Real Estate Broker and REALTOR® with The Morales Group at Engel & Völkers Billings. He serves Billings and the surrounding Yellowstone County communities, including Laurel, Park City, Columbus, Shepherd, Huntley, Ballantine and Worden.

Gene's practice centers on two groups: buyers relocating to Billings who want a local advisor before they arrive, and residential investors buying rentals, small multifamily and value-add properties. He also represents Billings-area homeowners selling their homes. His approach is numbers-first: clear pricing and deal analysis, a written plan before anything goes live, and straight answers about what a decision will cost.

As of October 2026, Gene has closed 95 transactions representing $37.6 million in volume since 2022, and FastExpert named him a 2026 Top Agent in Billings. Before real estate, he spent nine years in the oilfield and mining industries, which is where his data-driven, problem-solving approach comes from.
